IronWolves Challenges

Last updated: August 29, 2026

IronWolves Challenges is a private team fitness app used by a single invite-only running group. This page explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and who can see it. It applies to the iOS app and its companion admin panel.

Information we collect

We don't collect location data, contacts, browsing history, or any data beyond what's listed above.

How we use it

Your workout data is used solely to track your progress toward team mileage challenges and to compute a shared leaderboard. We don't use your data for advertising, and there are no third-party analytics or ad trackers in the app.

Who can see your information

This is a small, trusted team app by design. Other signed-in members of your team can see your display name, profile photo, email address, and your logged mileage/run history within the app — that visibility is what makes the shared leaderboard work. Nothing is visible to anyone outside the team, and nothing is sold or shared with outside companies.

Where your data is stored

Data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage), a widely-used cloud platform with industry-standard security practices. We don't run our own servers.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the email below and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

This app is intended for adult team members and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
